William Vinson is Vice President for ActionCOACH of Wisconsin.  He’s served in roles such as President, Director, Motivational Speaker and youth hockey coach.

Throughout each day, whether it be with someone he’s never met or someone he’s worked with for years he wants each interaction to inspire and build hope in to others lives.

William has been a leader in higher education and business for over 20 years and has traveled the world as a motivational speaker and leader, reaching over 35,000 people.  He’s spoken to audiences in places such as Orlando, Washington D.C., multiple cities in India, Canada and more.  He has received awards such as:

• Finalist for best client results (2020)
• ActionMAN (for client results in 2020)
• Rookie of the Year (for client results in 2019)
• Director of the Year
• Director of Recruitment of the Year,
• National Director of Recruitment of the Year,

William holds a Master of Arts with an emphasis in Mediation from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.  Outside of work he can be found going for long runs, playing sports with his kids and between February and November water skiing at 5:30 in the morning on Lake Kegonsa… yes really.
