As a Business Advisor with Cultivate Advisors, Matt Fox brings nearly 15-years of business expertise to the small business community. Matt ran his first service-based franchise at the age of 19. He went from being the only employee to building out three operations and production teams of 12 employees. Throughout Matt’s career, he has held various business leadership roles including pricing, marketing, project management, and operations management.

Most notably, Matt supported a business’s growth from 1,000 stores to 4,000 stores. He spent a decade building out process improvements, implementing change in the organization, managing a $50MM capital growth budget, and leading a team of 1,000 employees; growing merchandise sales $25MM.
