Having spent many years in leadership positions myself, I understand the challenges and rewards of being a leader. And I understand the connection between a thriving leader and a thriving organization. That’s why I get so excited about helping others maximize their leadership potential and achieve their goals. In fact, this passion was the force motivating me to start KB Breakthrough Consulting.

During my 20 years of experience as a transformational leader for a Fortune 500 company in Milwaukee, WI, I developed a strong desire to share my knowledge and expertise with other new and experienced business leaders. So, I expanded my corporate reach by providing leadership development consultation, training, and coaching for the Corporate Training Center at Waukesha County Technical College. And, since 2015, I’ve been facilitating leadership development programs at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Over the years, I’ve learned that becoming a great leader requires effort and mastery of a complex set of skills. The mission of KB Breakthrough Consulting is to help others develop those skills.
