I was born in Dayton, OH and raised in Waukesha WI. I graduated school at University of Wisconsin Whitewater with a Bachelors in Business and Finance. Before opening Joe Tamm State Farm, I worked in the Finance industry at GE. My experience at my insurance office has taught me how to provide the right protection for our customers, ranging from auto insurance, homeowner’s insurance, renter’s insurance, life insurance, boat owner’s insurance and financial services.

I love to spend time outdoors in Greenfield, Wisconsin. I enjoy living in the Mukwonago area with my amazing wife Shelly, who regularly volunteers at Section Elementary School. We have three kids who keep us very busy but I wouldn’t have it any other way! We love to travel and go play outdoor sports as a family in our spare time. We also serve our community as a family by serving at our local St. John’s Church and Salvation Army Food Pantry with our three sons. I still like to keep up with and support our local sports teams as well, including the WI Badgers.

My State Farm Insurance office is in Greenfield, WI. We opened our doors in January of 2007. I feel blessed to be in Greenfield, which is such a welcoming community. I really enjoy Milwaukee County and plan to take advantage of everything it has to offer.
