Gregory Dobbs has been managing the Beef Jerky Experience for one and a half years now after seven years of serving and bartending. As a graduate from Marquette University and a Milwaukee local, he loves his volunteering in his community and constantly improving himself. His favorite jerky flavors are the Honey Jalapeno and the Cajun BBQ Brisket.
