Rochelle Gamauf, a native of Waukesha resident for over 27 years, is the founder and Executive Director of Friends with Food. Before starting Friends with Food, Rochelle held a Real Estate Broker license and has owned several businesses that she started from the ground up. Back in early March of 2020 the world as we knew it was about to change. Her passion to help her community showed deeply the first week of service, she made homemade spaghetti and delivered it to 10 families. As the Executive Director, Rochelle is committed to carrying out the mission of serving others at their time of need and changing the life of others. One thing that you should know about Rochelle, she loves to inspire others to achieve their full potential. Rochelle was recognized by her peers for her work to the community and achieved Realtor of the Year for 2020 by Greater Milwaukee Association of Realtors. Rochelle’s loves to share her story of inspiration with others. In February 2022 she spoke at a Women’s Strong Conference sharing her story of achievement. Rochelle has been married for 26 years to her husband Jim (he is also a board member). They have three adult children which you may find here and there helping at the pantry. They have two dogs, Henry and Chad that keep them active. In Rochelle’s free time, she loves to go on vacation and see new things, she loves to take walks in nature and do other outdoor activities.
